Products and orders
Product descriptions and photos explain what is offered. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Availability may change. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; if we cannot fulfill it, we may cancel it and refund any payment received. We will contact you before fulfilling an order affected by an obvious listing error.
Payment and shipping
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For United States addresses, Standard shipping is $3.99 USD below $49 USD and free for eligible orders of $49 USD or more; Express shipping is $5.99 USD. Checkout is currently configured for United States delivery addresses only. Estimated transit after dispatch for United States deliveries is 7–21 business days for available methods; Express does not guarantee delivery within 2–4 business days. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
For cancellation, contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours of placing the order. A cancellation depends on fulfillment status and is not guaranteed after dispatch. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-based return shipping is generally paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, we will provide an appropriate solution without extra cost to the customer. After a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Product information and availability
We describe products using the information available to us and aim to show the item clearly in its images. Color appearance can vary by screen. If a specification is important to your purchase but is not listed, contact us before ordering. We may correct an obvious error in a listing and will contact an affected customer before fulfilling an order on that basis.
Delivery issues and support
Contact us if a parcel is delayed, appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item. Include your order number and relevant tracking or photos. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution under the applicable policy and consumer law; handing a parcel to a carrier does not end our support obligations.
